Ceramic Ball Mill Introduction: 

Ceramic ball mill is the new energy-saving equipment, combining the latest grinding technology in domestic. The capacity of this series is smaller, so it is applied in the trial discontinuous small batch production. Compared with others, it has many benefits, such as discharging products with more evenly and saving energy more greatly. Besides, it is both suitable for wet grinding and dry grinding,and the products size can reach 1000-16000 mesh. It is mainly used in mixing and grinding the general and special materials. What is more, the user can choose an appropriate model, linear plate and medium, according to the specific gravity and the hardness of the materials, even the productivity or other actual situation.

Working principle:

The material spirally and evenly enters into the first warehouse of the ball mill along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board. When the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to grind and strike the materials. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enter into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the power is discharged by output material board and the end products are competed.

Main structure:

This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. Besides, the hollow axis adopts the cast steel and the lining can be replaced, the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is wearable well with wear-resisting scaleboard.
